TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to these terms and conditions.
The client acknowledges and agrees to the following:
During preservation, fresh flowers may experience changes in color and/or appearance. Though most flowers retain much of their original color through the preservation process, some will appear more muted or darker than in their fresh state. Additionally, some flowers will develop translucent areas due to petal bruising from handling before or during preservation.
Due to the handmade nature of the art, there may be bubbles, natural debris, color bleeding, swirls, or pour lines present in your piece that will not detract from the overall appearance.
The quoted return time is an estimate and timelines may be extended at any time. While most pieces are completed within 12-16 weeks, delays are possible.
The epoxy used by Fabled Fox is high quality and UV resistant, however, all epoxies will yellow when exposed to consistent sunlight or heat. In order to minimize yellowing, please store your piece away from direct light and heat as much as possible.
Layout designs will be provided to the client before epoxy resin is poured. The client may request design changes at this point but understands that not all requests may be possible and that the proposed layout represents the artist’s judgement as to the most aesthetically pleasing arrangement. Additionally, there may be slight changes made to layout design during the epoxy pouring without notice in order to provide the best result.
Fabled Fox is not responsible for the loss or damage of flowers/other client-provided materials due to fire, flood, natural disaster, or mechanical/ electrical failure.
Fabled Fox reserves the right to use photographs of any custom art for marketing and advertising purposes.
Fabled Fox agrees to never sell or distribute any client’s personal information including any contact or payment details.
Because each piece is custom made, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded and all sales are final.
The client will be responsible for their booking deposit and the invoice must be completed within 30 days of reception. Your booking will not be finalized until deposit invoice is completed.
